you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6

My #1 Enemy. I clearly remember the day that Rabbi Menachem Fruman, of blessed memory, returned from his meeting in Turkey with Prime Minister Erdogan following the Marmara incident of 2010. The meeting took place on a Friday.
We sign off with a lovely comment from our Root Source student and a beautiful photo of The Golden East Gate.

God: The Jewish Image
It is Not Good for Man to Be Alone
We are all alone. We live our innermost lives in stark 'aloneness', unable to share our deepest thoughts with others. Yet the Torah states that this is not good. But we were created alone. What is the solution to this most personal dilemma?

The Writing Process and Content of My New Book “HaMasoret HaYehudit” | by Rabbi Eliezer Melamed
Hi, Gidon here.
This topic might be over the heads of some of our Root Source readers, but others (including you, I’m sure:-) will be excited about this development as I am.
This rabbi, Rabbi Eliezer Melamed, is one of the most important rabbis in Israel today in my humble opinion:-) and in fact the whole world. His books are fast becoming the most followed Jewish law books in in circulation, and since the Jews are a rulebook following people, that is quite an accomplishment.
In any case, he decided to write this book, introducing Judaism, its values, concepts and fundamental ideas, for Jews, but I believe it will be a bestseller among all people in the world who are intrigued by Jews and what makes them tick.
I would love to hear what you think!
PS Pro-tip: if you come across Hebrew words that the translator forgot to translate:-), Google is your friend:-)

I clearly remember the day that Rabbi Menachem Fruman, of blessed memory, returned from his meeting in Turkey with Prime Minister Erdogan following the Marmara incident of 2010. The meeting took place on a Friday. Rabbi Fruman returned to Tekoa for Shabbat. On Shabbat morning when we recited the prayer for protection of our holy soldiers, as we got to the words, “may Hashem protect you from all of your enemies, Rav Fruman banged on the
table and called out.” Yes! We are not “stam” saying this phrase. Indeed we do have enemies. I sat opposite one of them yesterday. ” At which he began to delineate a long list of our enemies.
May our Lord richly Bless
your Ministry!
Our student Bob enjoyed Root Source and had this to say:
Dear Bob,
I have really enjoyed your interview with Britt Lode. My wife and I have a home in Lindesnes which is in the southernmost region of Norway. There are many pro Israel Christians there. We attend EL Shaddai Ministries and many have been blessed from Root Source here in Tacoma, WA.
May our Lord richly bless your ministry!
