In this Shabbat’s weekly Torah portion Tzav Leviticus 6:1 – 8:36,God instructs Moses to command Aaron and his sons regarding their duties and rights as kohanim (“priests”) who offer the korbanot (animal and meal offerings) in the Sanctuary.
This week's Haftara Prophets reading Jeremiah 7:21 – 8:3; 9:22 – 9:23, touches on the subject of sacrifices,the main topic of the week’s Torah portion. Happy studying!
