With the end of the calendar year approaching, I want to take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt greetings to you and thank you for your kind support to our organization and its mission to build
bridges between Jews and Christians.
As we’re all living through what is clearly a global crisis, with the recent brutal Hamas attack on the State of Israel, the most horrific assault against the Jewish people since the Holocaust, and the unprecedented growth of
anti-Semitic incidents and hatred around the world, Root Source continues to help promote interfaith understanding and cooperation. As such, we need your assistance more than ever to continue
to carry out our important work and also develop additional projects that can help further expand friendship between Jews and Christians.
As you know, our educational program teaching Jewish wisdom to Christians continues to impact thousands of people around the
world, helping create bonds between these two communities, all for the betterment of the State of Israel.
In addition, our outreach initiative, Light Up the Church, which helps people better understand the history of and current threat posed by anti-Semitism, is
expanding to more and more churches across North America. These, along with other projects such as our Institute of Midrashic Studies of the New Testament and the Bless Teachers Fund, help us to play a major role in improving Jewish-Christian relations and learning.
I know that you’ve likely donated more money in October and November than you expected to, due primarily to the Hamas-Israel War. But as we face a truly existential threat from those who celebrate hatred and death instead of appreciating love and life, I’m hopeful that you will consider making a one-time or recurring end-of-the-year contribution to Root Source so we can continue to operate and expand our important programming.
